Day 2

Today we discussed portfolios.  This is supposed to be a ramble about our ideas about our future portfolio. 

Purpose:  record of projects done
- at work
- at school
- at home

Resource for one to create an archive of one's work

Tool to be used to convince future employers one is worth hiring and has the skills they need.

Tool to be used to convince potential clients that they should hire you to do their project.

One should have an everyday portfolio and use it as a collection point for work product produced.

Day One

I am blogging for the first time ever today  courtesy of an Interior Design class here at Anne Arundel Community College in Arnold, Maryland.

My design preferences tend towards modern, clean lines and a orange/brown palette.

Here is an example of modern Kitsch architecture at the Atlantis casino in Reno, Nevada.
